DID YOU KNOW WE ALSO PROVIDE AN EXTERIOR PAINTING SERVICE ?

Over the years LIAM TAYLOR has had many customers ask do you do painting ? "while you have scaffolding erected could you paint my fascia's barge boards" those hard to reach places with out scaffolding can be a forgotten job one for next year. From this LIAM TAYLOR has added exterior painting to the ever growing list of jobs provided.

This includes render masonry painting

  • Pebble dash
  • Acrylic Render
  • Silicone Render
  • SprayCork
  • Cement render

Painting your render is typically carried out in the dry months  So, what is the ideal weather for exterior painting? Early summer and early fall usually offer up the best weather conditions, with minimal rain and minimal fluctuations in temperature from day to night. This will ensure the paint goes on smoothly and has the best chance to dry and cure properly. This is a crucial step of painting outside if the weather is too cold it will affect how the paint cures to the render "if the weather outside is raining then that's not good either" no chance of the paint drying properly.

EPDM RUBBER FLAT ROOF

Here at Liam Taylor Roofing we install the latest flat roofing materials. Rubber is the new modern material used by roofers all across the country WHAT IS EPDM ?  EPDM IS Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class), or EPDM, is a synthetic rubber that is extremely durable and used across a variety of applications. EPDM is heat and weather resistant with its two main ingredients derived from natural gas and oil, making it an ideal flat roofing material.

Unlike the traditional touch on felt there is no flame needed to install EPDM rubber more often come's in one piece depending on the size measurements. There for no joins for water to penetrate this trumps the old felt method that has joins every 1m because the felt comes in a meter roll.

The life span of EPDM also trumps old felt EPDM has a life expectancy of 50 years, comparing incredibly well to its bitumen felt competitors. The average life span of bitumen felt is 20 years

Making it last 30 years longer on average.
